Mix the cream cheese, pumpkin, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add 1-2 drops of natural orange food dye for a brighter color.
Line a plate with parchment or wax paper
Take a small spoonful, the size of a cherry, of the cream cheese mixture and roll it into a bite sized ball. Place on the lined plate. Repeat until you have used all the cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. After they are chilled, place the cheese ball on the Back to Nature Classic Rounds Cracker. Press gently with your fingers or a spoon on each ball. Make light grooves on the side of the ball like a pumpkin. Top each pumpkin with the pretzel stick end and small piece of a chive.
