Melt white chocolate candy melts according to package directions.
Place cookies on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of white chocolate onto the top of the cookie spreading it over the edge of the cookie. Working quickly, dip the marshmallow into the chocolate then place on top of the cookie. Let set for 15 minutes or until hardened.
Using the orange and black icing, pipe on the eyes, nose and mouth. The cookies will keep in an airtight container for one week.
